'Washingtonienne' Files for Bankruptcy

ACCORDING TO the Associated Press, onetime Capitol Hill sex blogger Jessica Cutler, aka Washingtonienne, has filed for bankruptcy. In her Chapter 7 filing, the AP's Matt Apuzzo writes, "Cutler says she can't even pay her American Express bill, legal fees and student loans."
