Seeking cookware advice. I am purchasing a new set. I can afford only one set, given that, would you recommend non-stick or stainless, and why. The brand I am considering as Emerilware as it is economical and although not of the quality I would prefer, it is, non the less, of a multi layered sandwich construction which is manufactured by Al-Clad Metalcrafters whom I have enough confidence in that I don't believe that they would associate their name with anything of an inferior quality. The last thing I want to end up with is a so called "celebrity chef" hustle in the form of a shiny new set of junkware.
