Warmed Up: Coldplay

topstopcoldplay.jpg MANY FANS OF Coldplay have had a singular complaint up to this point: it all sounds the same. From the moment "Yellow" hooked us, through two more albums, Chris Martin and company haven't evolved as we would have liked.

Until now, that is.

Coldplay's fourth, and according to most critics, best album, "Viva la Vida or Death and All of His Friends," shows more edge and more energy from the band than ever before.

You can catch them at the Verizon Center this Sunday. Joining the big-timers are up-and-coming vocalist Santogold, and a local band that was picked via Internet vote. Indie-popsters Juniper Lane are the lucky winners.
