Heath Ledger's 2-year-old daughter with actress Michelle Williams, Matilda Rose, will inherit all of her father's estate. The actor, who died in January, signed a will before his daughter was born, leaving everything to his parents and sisters. But Ledger's father, Kim, told the Australian newspaper the Sunday Times that the family has given all the money to Matilda.

DRUMMER TRAVIS BARKER IS RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL
Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from a Georgia hospital after suffering severe burns in a fiery plane crash. He and DJ AM were the only survivors of the crash on Sept. 19 in Columbia, S.C. Two pilots and two other passengers were killed.

SIXTY DAYS OF UNINTERRUPTED SONGWRITING LIE AHEAD
Country singer Mindy McCready will surrender to authorities Tuesday to begin serving a 60-day sentence for violating her probation on a 2004 drug charge. The singer was accused in June of falsifying her community service records and charged with violating probation. "I want to put all of this behind me so I can get back to what I love most: sing, write songs and entertain," McCready said.

Britney Spears thinks her clip "Piece of Me" leaves room for improvement — despite winning three MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month. "It's a cool video, but I think by far I've done videos that are way better," the singer said Monday in an interview with New York radio station Z100. The 26-year-old Spears called her triple victory "inspiring." Spears, whose new album, "Circus," drops Dec. 2, is planning a possible world tour for next year.
