  • Greg! Thanks so much for twittering (which sounds naughty). I checked in numerous times today, and it was good to hear from someone in the crowd. Job well done.

  • Seems pretty poor etiquette to boo anyone during an inauguration. Tells you something about Obama's followers.

Although I guess that's what makes America so unique - we're allowed to do that kind of thing, crass as it may be.

  • Hi guys --

Glad you enjoyed it. The bathroom situation was actually pretty good -- if, that is, you had the intestinal fortitude to make your way to one. The port-o-potties were plentiful, but the crowd was so thick that to make for one was to lose your place. Holding it was the name of the game.

  • Greg, thanks for braving the cold and the crowd to bring us a first-person account! I, too, kept checking for updates as I watched from home.
