Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are the proud parents of twin girls delivered by a surrogate mother. The girls were born Monday at an Ohio hospital. Marion Loretta Elwell weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces, and Tabitha Hodge weighed 6 pounds. Hodge and Elwell are family names on Parker's side. "The babies are doing beautifully, and the entire family is over the moon," said a publicist. The couple also have a son, who's 6.

"The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck has been accused of plagiarism. A lawsuit in Massachusetts alleges that Hasselbeck lifted "word for word" content from a book on celiac disease written by a self-published author on Cape Cod. Hasselbeck's book, "The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide" has appeared over the last month on several best-seller lists. The lawsuit was filed by author Susan Hassett, who says she sent Hasselbeck a copy of her "Living With Celiac Disease" book as a courtesy after the TV celebrity disclosed she had the illness last year.

Kate Gosselin says in divorce papers that she and her husband, Jon, have been living "separate and apart" for at least two years, despite renewing their wedding vows in Hawaii last year. Kate Gosselin filed for divorce Monday in Montgomery County Court in Pennsylvania, saying that her 10-year marriage is "irretrievably broken." She also says they have been unable to decide how to divide their assets.

NOTHING HAPPENS, DATE FOR MORE NOTHING IS SET
Lil Wayne has appeared in court on drug possession and weapons charges in Yuma, Ariz. Lil Wayne was ordered by a judge to attend Tuesday morning's pretrial hearing. His attorney says he told the Yuma County Superior Court judge that the U.S. Border Patrol hasn't turned over records the defense requested months ago. The judge set another court date for Aug. 11.
