Tune In to Toons: 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?'

Jessica Rabbit TUESDAY: In these days of CGI, the once-stunning technological innovations that allowed the cartoon-human interactions in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" seem downright quaint. But the movie reminds us that good writing triumphs over everything else, and this movie has plenty of it.

Bob Hoskins stars as a drunken detective trying to protect old Hollywood and the cartoons around him.
