Court records show that '80s child star Corey Feldman's wife has filed for divorce after seven years of marriage. Susannah Feldman filed for divorce last week and cited irreconcilable differences for the breakup. The couple were married in October 2002. They have a 5-year-old son.

David Copperfield has won a six-month stay in a lawsuit filed by a Seattle woman who says Copperfield sexually assaulted her while she was a guest on his private island in the Bahamas. A judge stayed the case Tuesday so the U.S. attorney's office in Seattle can complete a criminal investigation. In seeking the stay, the magician says he was being put in the position of having to provide information in the civil case that could be used against him in a criminal prosecution. Prosecutors say a decision about whether to file criminal charges will be made in the next six months.

JON + OCTOMOM = IMPLOSION OF REALITY TV UPON ITSELF
A producer insists that he's making a reality show featuring Jon Gosselin dating Nadya "Octomom" Suleman, though reps for both parties deny it, the New York Daily News reported. "I had the idea that this could be a very entertaining fiasco," said producer Bobby Goldstein. The show would be called "Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom."

Jay-Z will clean up the language in "Empire State of Mind" when he performs the song at the World Series. A source close to the rapper says Jay-Z won't utter curses or other raw language included in his hit, which has been blasted by the New York Yankees during their playoff run.
