WHITE THE Happy Mondays are thought of as drug-addled buffoons from the Madchester era, the group's music was a ground-breaking mix of slashing guitar riffs, stolen soul grooves and bacchanal-fueled lyrics. What the Mondays are doing playing with the also great but much more serious Psychedelic Furs is anybody's guess.
