"Hills" star Stephanie Pratt was officially charged Wednesday with suspicion of driving under the influence, according to TMZ.com. Pratt was arrested on Oct. 18 while driving home from Heidi Montag's birthday party. She faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Madonna has promised electricity to Mphandula, a village in Malawi. "I know you work in darkness. I will bring you electricity," she said. Madonna's Raising Malawi charity already has donated $500,000 for a child care center in the village that feeds and educates 3,000 orphaned children.

A Savannah, Ga., grand jury on Wednesday refused to indict a 53-year-old man jailed since August on charges that he tried to stalk Miley Cyrus as the teen star filmed the movie "The Last Song." The Chatham County grand jury decided prosecutors had insufficient evidence to charge Mark McLeod of Appling, Ga., in Superior Court.
