People: Adam Lambert's American Music Awards Smooch
NO CHANGE
DOUBLE STANDARD STILL STANDS
ABC says more than 1,500 people have called to complain about Adam Lambert's behavior at the American Music Awards. Before his performance, Lambert said that he wanted to break down a double standard that allows female performers to be sexually provocative but not men. During his act, Lambert fondled a dancer, led another around on a leash, had a dancer briefly stick his head in Lambert's crotch and kissed a man.

Another interview coup for Oprah Winfrey: Vicki Kennedy, wife of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy. In her first interview since her husband's death, Vicki Kennedy will appear on Winfrey's show Wednesday, along with her stepson Ted Kennedy Jr. and her two children from a previous marriage. Edward Kennedy died in August at age 77, weeks before the release of his memoir, "True Compass." Winfrey, who announced Friday she would end her program in 2011, recently had the first interview with ex-Alaska governor Sarah Palin as she promoted her memoir, "Going Rogue."

Adam Lambert's performance was horrible!!!! Thanks God Chris won American Idol and has more class! This is what is wrong with TV now. Things like this should not be shown. I never liked him on Idol and now I really don't and will not ever watch a performance from him again....
By SheliaBrooks , Posted November 23, 2009 10:17 PMAdam Lambert performance was great and I don't think he should change anything about it. If people are having a problem with his performance than I think they need to look up more information on what a horrible performance actually is. If people are having a problem with his performance than why are they not having a problem with certain woman performers on stage. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ADAM AND DON'T CHANGE FOR ANYONE. I LOVE YOU
By Tanisha Jones , Posted November 24, 2009 11:32 AMAlthough I was STUNNED by his perfomance, I was also IMPRESSED with the REALity of it all. Women perfomers have been doing it since the beginning of time. So why not a man1?! If it would have been a "straight" male perfomer do all those same moves with women, we would not be hearing all this negative Hoopla today. Yes, he does remind me of the late GREAT Freddy Mercury and so I say to you Adam, To thy own self be true! Your talent as a singer in Fantabulous!!!
