"DC COAST HAS been around 12 years, and we really haven't changed our philosophy," says co-owner Gus Dimillo. But when your philosophy is to find the freshest fish on the market and prepare it simply, why alter a successful recipe?
Just Ask: "We don't try to keep anything mysterious. If anybody wants a recipe, we certainly give it out," Dimillo says.
