Best Yoga Studio: Willow Street Yoga

ONE OF THE most established yoga studios in the region (it'll turn 15 in January) is also one of the most innovative — classes range from healing back and neck pain to a combo of Hula-hooping and yoga (really!).
Between the two locations, Willow Street offers about 130 sessions a week, making it the largest Anusara yoga center in the world. Many of the instructors are "home-grown," says co-director Natalie Miller, which strengthens the sense of community.
You Probably Didn't Know: Because the studio works on a quarterly class system, before each session, there's a week of free classes to give folks a chance to see what they like. The next one is coming up Jan. 4-10.
