STUDENTS AND YOUNG professionals crowd the three Chef Geoff's locations for their well-known happy hours, with the food being the star of the show. "We have a lot of selection," says Michele Reichel, assistant general manager of the local chain's Tenleytown location, "including a $5.95 cheeseburger with french fries and 24 handle beers on tap." Also popular at the bar is the innovative pizzas, which range from Jamaican jerk chicken to steak and blue cheese.
