Bedroom Beatmaker: Deastro

DeastroTHURSDAY: As Deastro, Detroit's Randolph Chabot crafts hallucinatory pop by throwing in everything from barking dogs to plucked guitar strings. His ambient works seem to be built as instrumentals, but the fellow's an ace lyricist as well.

Not bad for a kid in his bedroom with a lot of electronics at his fingertips.
