Pope Benedict XVI took a break from his normally flamboyant headwear last week, instead donning a plain white baseball cap for a stroll through his summer residence, Castel Gandolfo. Speculation has it that he chose white to match the rest of his outfit.

Alleged Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel quit "Celebrity Rehab" after one day of filming, Radaronline.com reported. Not to worry — an unnamed source said "producers made her realize that if she continues to run away from her issues, she will never be able to live a healthy life." Depending on who is asked, she is addicted to love and/or alcohol and pills.

Hulk Hogan approves of the engagement of his ex-wife, Linda, to her new man — a 21-year-old named Charlie Hill. (That makes him 29 years younger than her.) "Hulk is very happy for Linda," a rep told E! News, "and wishes them both well." This is a reversal of strong anti-Linda/Charlie feelings Hogan expressed in a Rolling Stone interview last year.

Radaronline.com has revealed that Mel Gibson made as many as 30 calls to Oksana Grigorieva between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. on the night and morning after she walked out on him. Eight of those calls resulted in the audio recordings released in the past couple weeks. In one message, Gibson says a certain profane word beginning with "F" 23 times.
