ANNA NICOLE IS GYRATING IN HER GRAVE
The Texas tycoon who married Anna Nicole Smith in the last year of his life never intended to leave the former stripper any portion of his fortune. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with a Houston jury that said J. Howard Marshall was mentally fit and under no undue pressure when he wrote a will leaving his $1.6 billion estate to his son and nothing to Smith. The decision — if it holds up — is bad news for Smith's 3-year-old daughter, Dannielynn, who is Smith's heir.

Constance McMillen, of Jackson, Miss. — a lesbian high schooler embroiled in a legal flap over her high school's prom policy — received a $30,000 scholarship on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." The teen's school canceled prom after McMillen asked to bring her girlfriend to it.

Despite having previously expressed a desire for H-cup breasts, Heidi Montag said on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" Friday that the law bars further bosom expansion. "I legally can't right now," she said. "The limit is 800cc, and I have 700cc." (A cc is a cubic centimeter.) She also denied being addicted to plastic surgery: "I don't think I am addicted. When you're addicted, you have to do it every day, and, thank God, I don't do it every day. ... I like to do it all in one day."

Jesse James says he's sorry for the pain and embarrassment he's caused his wife, Sandra Bullock, and his three children from previous relationships. James told People magazine Thursday that he exhibited "poor judgment" and "I deserve everything bad that is coming my way." Tabloid reports surfaced Wednesday alleging that James had been unfaithful to Bullock, who moved out of the house she shared with James on Monday, People.com reported. The couple have been married since 2005.

Heidi Montag has fired Aiden Chase, the psychic she hired to replace Spencer Pratt as her manager, Usmagazine.com reported. Sandra Bullock is skipping the London premiere of "The Blind Side." "Due to unforeseen personal reasons, a trip abroad to support 'The Blind Side' has been deemed impossible at this time," she said in a statement. The cancellation comes after tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee told In Touch that she had an 11-month affair with Bullock's husband, Jesse James. "He gave me the impression they were separated," McGee said. "I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man."

BOUNTY HUNTERS STALLED BY HEAVY JAIL SECURITY
An Arizona judge issued a bench warrant Tuesday for Lil Wayne after he failed to appear at a hearing. Lil Wayne's attorney said his client couldn't appear because he is already serving a one-year jail sentence. But the prosecutor said it was the state's position that Lil Wayne is now a convicted felon and that a bench warrant should be issued and his bond be increased to $150,000.

Michael Lohan received a text from estranged daughter Lindsay Lohan as he awaited a heart procedure Wednesday, according to Radaronline.com. He had a mild heart attack Tuesday. ”OMG. He blamed the heart attack on stress, but added, ”I’ve been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove my Ferrari over a cliff once, so, it’s going to take a lot more than this to finish me off!„

Corey Haim was laid to rest Tuesday in Toronto, with more than 200 friends and family in attendance. Fans crowded around the funeral home to pay their respects. Longtime friend Corey Feldman, who did not attend the funeral, posted a goodbye letter to Haim on his Web site, which began: "This is for you on the day of your funeral. First off I am so sorry I am not there with you today. By that I mean my physical body is not with your physical body. However you know that my heart is right at your side."

Lindsay Lohan has a new boyfriend, Radaronline.com reported. Sam Webb is a Dolce & Gabbana model who lives in London and was seen with Lohan at Fashion Week in both Paris and Milan. "She's obsessed with Sam. She's looking for projects that are based in England so she can be near him," an anonymous source told the Web site. "She's in heaven," the source added.

Corey Feldman will not attend Corey Haim's Toronto funeral, Usmagazine.com reported. "The family has decided to make Corey's funeral on Tuesday a small private affair," he said. "I will remain in Los Angeles quietly mourning and planning his memorial." In other Haim news, Toronto denied reports that it is paying for the funeral.

AID FOR COREY'S FAMILY
Corey Haim's funeral, planned for Tuesday, will be paid for by the city of Toronto, the actor's hometown and, now, his final resting place, "Access Hollywood" reported. City officials had no comment. Also chipping in is Startifacts.com, a celebrity memorabilia site that has offered $20,000 to pay for Haim's tombstone and other expenses. Haim had very little money when he died, sources say.

Amy Winehouse is teaming up with British sportswear designer Fred Perry to create a 17-piece clothing and accessories line, People.com reported. "I'm really excited," Winehouse said Thursday. "We've been working on it for a while, and it's great to see it finally come to fruition." According to Women's Wear Daily, the items, priced between $32 and $150, will be mostly pink and black. Winehouse reportedly attended three design meetings.

The world premiere of an opera telling Anna Nicole Smith's life story will be presented by Britain's Royal Opera next Feb. 17. "It is not going to be a horrible, sleazy evening," Elaine Padmore of the venue, Covent Garden, told the Guardian. "It is not going to be tawdry; it is going to be witty, clever, thoughtful and sad." The libretto will be written by "Jerry Springer: the Opera" co-creator Richard Thomas.

Madonna is launching a fashion line named MG Icon with the company Iconix Brand Group, People.com reported. Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit claiming that a character in an E-Trade television commercial is modeled after her. Talking babies in the ad engage in chatter that refers to "milkaholic Lindsay." (Or "Lindsey" — the spelling is not specified.) Lohan's name was never mentioned, but her New York lawyer contends that "Lindsay" is an equally recognizable moniker for her client — like that of Oprah or Madonna. Lohan's legal team is seeking an injunction to stop future airings.

"American Idol" finalist Danny Gokey has signed a two-year marketing agreement with an optical company from his home state to promote its glasses. The contract with Wisconsin Vision calls for Gokey to wear up to 60 pairs of the company's glasses, be featured in television and outdoor advertising in Wisconsin and make personal in-store appearances. This is Gokey's first long-term endorsement deal.

Former Golden Girl Betty White will appear on "Saturday Night Live," People.com reported. The actress confirmed the gig at Elton John's Oscars viewing party on Sunday night. White has been enjoying renewed popularity since starring in a Snickers ad that aired during the Super Bowl. A Facebook page was dedicated to the goal of her hosting "SNL." "I don't know why or how," she says of her recent boost in fame, "but it's been wonderful." There are as yet no details about what she'll be doing on "SNL."

LIL WAYNE HAPPY TO HAVE CLOSURE
Lil Wayne was sentenced Monday to a year in jail in New York City for having a loaded gun on his tour bus in 2007, then was taken away to begin his term. The rapper pleaded guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He will serve his sentence in city jails, not a state prison, and could be released in about eight months with good behavior.

Roman Polanski's wife, Emmanuelle Seigner, said her husband's imprisonment in a 32-year-old sexual abuse case has diminished her carefree spirit and upset the couple's two children.
