  • The Caps are the best ticket in town, and they represent Washington’s best shot at a title (or at least being competitive, and making a run in the post season).

    However, Bruce needs to dump Jose and go with the kid in the net.

  • The Caps have a very good chance to make it to the Stanley Cup final this year...they're certainly one of the best teams in the NHL. Finally, DC has a chance to cheer for a legitimate contender!

  • A firm and committed Maybe. Unlike DC's football and baseball teams, they have a reasonably competent ownership that doesn't treat the team like their own private fantasy-league team. The bigger question is why Express is so out of it that they can't come up with questions that matter to their readership.

  • The Caps are Washington's only hope to a sports teaming making it ANYWHERE this year, and probably for the next couple years.

    Nats – They stink and are more than a decade away from being any good

    Wizards - time to rebuild, too many injuries and guys are getting old

    Redskins - (I love that name by the way) can’t win with the current ownership

    United - …don’t care, soccer is not a sport in my book

    Mystics – Don’t know or care about this league
